Reservation Information:
First nights lodging deposit is required in advance for all reservations.
Check in times are between 4:00pm and 7:00pm
Check out time is 11:00am
A full breakfast will be served every morning, will make lunches for a modest extra charge.
Walk-Ins subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund a one week notice of cancellation is required.
For a partial refund 4 days minimum notice is required.
Any notice 3 days or less prior to first nights reservation will lose the first nights lodging deposit.

No pets allowed in the Main House; Pet boarding available.
No smoking
Can procure train tickets for the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic RR with a confirmed reservation.
Will heed requests for planned check in/out times.
